These terms

They govern your use of kovapmc.com and everything published on it. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update them; the version on this page at the time you visit is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last moved.

The site is information, not advice

Everything here describes what KOVA does in general terms. It is not professional, legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and it is not an offer, a recommendation, or an inducement to enter any transaction. Do not act on it without taking advice on your own circumstances. An advisory relationship with KOVA begins only when it is set out in a signed engagement letter, never through this site.

Accuracy

We take care over what we publish and draw market figures from public sources, but we do not warrant that the site is complete, current or error-free. Market data, project references and timelines describe a moving market and can go out of date. Statements about what may happen in the GCC market are expectations, not promises.

Using the site

You may read, print and share our pages for your own business or personal use. You may not:

• republish, sell or sub-licence our content, or present it as your own;
• use it to train a model or build a competing service without our written consent;
• scrape it in a way that degrades the service for others, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it;

Third-party names and logos shown on the site remain the property of their owners and are used to identify those organisations only; their appearance is not a claim of endorsement or partnership beyond what the surrounding text states. The typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font Licence and their licences ship with the site.

Where we link to another site we do so because it seemed useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Availability

We aim to keep the site up but we do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, at any time, without notice.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything published on it.
