• Selvakumar Thirugnanam  is an experienced project manager specializing in Renewable and Non-Renewable energy projects, Wastewater treatment, and Solid waste management. With a remarkable 15 years of industry experience, Selva has played pivotal roles in notable projects, including his current position as the Project Manager at Griffin International since 2018.​

• At Griffin International, Selva successfully oversees the Emirates RDF project, which focuses on converting waste into fuel with a daily capacity of 1300 tons. His strong leadership skills and strategic approach ensure the smooth development and continued operation of this groundbreaking initiative.​

• Prior to his current role, from 2010 to 2018, Selva held significant positions at Larsen and Toubro Ltd., where he actively contributed to various wastewater treatment and renewable energy projects. From the initial proposal stages to successful commissioning, Selva’s expertise facilitated the achievement of exceptional outcomes while upholding stringent quality standards.​

• With a solid foundation in education and professional certifications, Selva holds a PMP accreditation from PMI. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with distinction and pursued an MBA from Annamalai University. These qualifications enrich his technical knowledge and business acumen, making him highly adept at effective project management practices.​
