At Griffin International, Selva successfully oversees the Emirates RDF project, which focuses on converting waste into fuel with a daily capacity of 1300 tons. His strong leadership skills and strategic approach ensure the smooth development and continued operation of this groundbreaking initiative.

Prior to his current role, from 2010 to 2018, Selva held significant positions at Larsen and Toubro Ltd., where he actively contributed to various wastewater treatment and renewable energy projects.
